I had a great experience at Roush Honda. Angel Milanov was very accommodating when we first came in without an appointment, then when we returned to buy my 2022 Honda Pilot. Angel was great at communicating my options while I was the and at following up. I also had a great experience with Tim Senek, who handled our financing and got us a better rate through Honda after we found out our bank had messed up and omitted information with our pre-approval. Angel was a nice guy he helped up and we got the car. The service department was a joke. We've had the car for 2 or 3 weeks now and the engine mount is going bad and the clutch is going bad and they said The service department was a joke.
