Tristan Atchison was the salesperson we worked with. He handled the sales professionally and politely. We did not feel pressured or rushed during the process. We proposed the offer and the choice of color, but the one with desired trim and color would not be available for a couple months. Tristan located an available one with the color we demanded but an upgraded trim. He gave us a discount that was hard for us to refuse. We ended buying an upgraded trim without regret. :-) Overall, the process had been easy and pleasant. More

Jason was wonderful ! I bought a new Honda civic for son and I was dealing with 3 other dealers . One day I finally called and Jason helped me , he gave me what I wanted f I bought a new Honda civic for son and I was dealing with 3 other dealers . One day I finally called and Jason helped me , he gave me what I wanted for the car and it was the easiest transaction without numbers going back and forth . His communication skills are great . Jason also got back to me with all my questions and concerns ! He is a quick responder and doesn’t leave you hanging for hours or days ! I’d recommend Jason to my family and friends ! This was the first time in 50 years that my wife and me went to a dealership that I felt comfortable. Jason treated us with respect and was very easy to talk to. Lee Cohen was our dealer we worked with. We needed a new car and went to multiple dealerships and dealt with multiple dealers. Lee was the only one I felt was truthful from the beginning. I felt comfortable knowing he was not trying to sell me things I did not need. He always asked me what I wanted and did not try to offer more. He was also great at breaking things down and very patient with explaining everything. He worked with me on my price and got me a car I couldn’t be more happy with! While car shopping, I met a helpful salesman at Roush Honda. His name is Angel. (And he was as kind as his name suggests!) Although I went with a different car type, I have been telling others about my Honda. His name is Angel. (And he was as kind as his name suggests!) Although I went with a different car type, I have been telling others about my experience with Angel and will continue to do so. I first asked to speak with the manager, Rod- as he sold me my first Honda over 30 years ago- also a gracious man. We came in unannounced and asked for a female salesperson specifically. We met Josie and were very pleased and impressed with her product knowledge and the flow and ease of the purchasing process. The whole process was completely different than what we were used too. This dealership does not add extra crap and then force you to pay for it. They offer it if you would like it. Much much better. I had my doubts going in but Josie was wonderful and kept us informed as to what’s happening. We traded in a car and went home with a new pilot in under two hours. The paperwork was only 20-30 minutes of that, the rest was us test driving and figuring out which model we wanted so very fast! Also to mention, she was able to adjust numbers right at her desk to make it work for us, no running back and forth and waiting etc etc. So much better than any other dealer in our minds. Thank you Josie and thank you roush Honda for treating us wonderful. I hope your service department is as good as the rest of them! As now we have 2 Hondas…. More
