He listens to his customers, without interruption, and is willing to go the extra mile. He is an asset to your company. I don’t think you realize what a valuable team member that he is. This gentleman keeps his cool, even under pressure. He also thinks outside of the box! I’ve never had a service person treat me as well as he has treated our family. It means a lot when you feel that you can trust someone. This man has done more than any service department has done for our family in all my years of buying cars. And, that’s a long time! Almost perfect I have withheld one star back from a perfect rating due to the fact that most services at roundtree conejwoth a free basic car wash and interior vacuu I have withheld one star back from a perfect rating due to the fact that most services at roundtree conejwoth a free basic car wash and interior vacuum yet two times out of several that I’ve went there for oil changes my car was not washed or vacuumed...I do not go to the round tree service department expecting or asking for anything free and in fact I feel like their prices are so reasonable that they themselves shouldn’t feel they have to offer free services to make choosing their establishment feel like the right move...BUT taking all that into account if they put their word in providing this bonus as an incentive then it’s no different than if I,as a sub contractor,offer a bonus,free aspect of any given job to my customer ...whether they asked for this or not if I spoke it ,.then I am bound to it...but the techs are great the services are usually performed in a timely fashion and I feel this minor hiccup is simply an an oversight rather than a deliberate attempt to slide out from under their word...I will still go there willingly and be happy to do it More

this Place is a joke! No one seems to know what the other person is doing. It has been a roller coaster of complete disappointments around every turn. For starters, I had to personally drive to Jacksonville (almost 2hrs away one way) to pick up the car I was going to buy. Secondly, they tried to run my downpayment check on the day I gave it to them even though I was told they would “hold” it for 30days. 😒 Thridly, I had to drive back to lake City to drop off the Armada I had decided to buy. They had to fix the windshield, back bumper, change all the fluids & deep clean the inside. They had my vehicle for six full days. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was done to it besides them vacuuming it. So I had to pay for the oil change, tire rotation ect..On the sixth day I drove back up there and told them to forget it Bc when I had called up there no one could give me a date it would be done. The fourth and final nail in the coffin was when I received a phone call from the finance manager a James Cavitalo stating I was refusing to pay the down payment. And that he wanted to handle this without getting lawyers involved Bc I had “their” property! To which I replied: Wait what?!? I handed over a Check two weeks ago. I never said I wouldn’t pay the down payment! Y’all were supposed to hold it for 30days. What are you trying to run it 2weeks before September 28th? Also I have copies of the contract I signed. So wouldn’t that mean it’s MY PROPERTY Sir? To which Mr. James Cavitalo back tracked and said there was no problem with my downpayment check. I guess he thought I was just another dumb blond woman that didn’t know her rights to a signed contract. Needless to say I will never be going back to Nissan dealership in Lake City. And I will try to warn anybody I can about them. More
