I feel better I have had some bad experiences with dealerships and sales personnel. This is the dealership I go to until 2017. I swore off this dealership. I Sarah Thomas reached out to me to see if I was interested in trading in my Exterra which I was. I told her I would never buy from her dealership again ever. (I explained) She said will you let us try to make it up to you. Soooo I was out car shopping and Roundtree was the last stop. Im a die hard Nissan lover! I driven Nissan all of my life. I could not help myself. I was determined to go to a different dealership. Scotty came out to greet me and I told him I received a call from Sarah. Scotty and Sarah both worked to make up for a very bad experience I had in 2017. Scott worked with the finance dept. He righted the very wrong that occurred the visit.
