ruined my credit they sent me numerous offers to buy back the versa I purchased couple yrs ago, promised a good deal. What I got was a new used car and instructions t they sent me numerous offers to buy back the versa I purchased couple yrs ago, promised a good deal. What I got was a new used car and instructions to voluntarily repossess my versa. Never missed or was late on pymts. I did not truly undertstand what was happening until after all papers signed etc. Although they were extremely kind while I was there I cant help but believe they pulled a fast one. In fact I had to drive my versa to the house (over 30 mls) without insurance since I transferred to new car. So now I have 2 cars parked in front of house .. 1 with temp tag and ins. and 1 with tag and no ins. waiting to be repossessed resulting in a bad mark on my credit when all they had to do was trade in or explain in full optional choices. Why should I have to pay for new tag when I have one. When asked about gap ins was told it was only $9 when in fact $900. Why should I pay for that when I mentioned I did not want due to cost. As of now I am waiting for a call back...... More
Hood Latch repaired for the eighth time My 2014 Nissan Altima has had it's hood latch/cable repaired 8 times since 2015. Only one of these occasions was a recall. Each time the service dep My 2014 Nissan Altima has had it's hood latch/cable repaired 8 times since 2015. Only one of these occasions was a recall. Each time the service department would supposedly repair the issue which enabled the hood from securing. Yet, every time I popped the hood the same issue would arise. This last occasion the car had to be towed to the dealership and the cable under the dash had to be ordered. More

Got the Titan of our dreams. We loved the can do attitude that Andrew gave us and drove from Valdosta because of his go getter attitude. He was very friendly and professional. Above the call of duty sales help Andrew helped me land a specific 2019 Altima model literally within hours of their very first to arrive at the dealership. I began working with him a few weeks before Nissan began shipments, and only one of the five cars in their first shipment were equipped as I desired. Andrew called me when the transport reached the dealer (a few days before I expected them) and was able to get that car into final prep immediately. And I drove off the lot the same afternoon. But not until Andrew and I went on a test drive where he explained features new to the car. More
