Exceeded All Expectations We were returning to Jacksonville to buy a used Nissan for our daughter that we had looked at the day before. We stopped by Roundtree Moore Nissan ju We were returning to Jacksonville to buy a used Nissan for our daughter that we had looked at the day before. We stopped by Roundtree Moore Nissan just to make comparison with the deal we had set up in Jacksonville. Our expectations were low. We did not know anyone at this dealership. We thought that the better deal would be in Jacksonville and we had heard a few bad stories about Roundtree Moore Nissan. However, from the moment we arrived, the employees worked hard to earn our trust and our business. Soon after we arrived, the Finance Manager introduced himself . He asured us that he wanted to make sure there would never be a need to go out of town to buy a car. He, the Sales Person, and the Sales Manager listened to us and just did everything they could to earn our business. There was no pressure. They were very professional and clear. The negotiation process was quick, fair, and honest. Ultimately, we got a newer car, with fewer miles, for less money than the car that we had planned to buy in Jacksonville. The sign on this car indicated that it was being sold "As Is". It had a few minor interior cosmetic issues. However, they noticed our concerns about those issues and voluntarily said they would repair those items to our satisfaction at no additional cost. We were sceptical, but decided to trust them. At this point we must point out the employee that has made the real difference from the beginning was the Finance Manager, Ray Townsend. In our experience, the finance person at many dealerships has one objective - to sell you additional warranties and services. Mr. Townsend was different. He told us he was working to help turn the dealership around. He personally ensured that every promise they made was not only kept, but completed in ways that exceeded our expectations! From the beginning he told us that his word was important to him, and he proved that he is a man of his word! We would definitely encourage you to at least give this dealershiop another look before you drive to another dealership. If you have any questions or concerns just ask for Mr. Townsend! More

Brent Kanuckel saved the day!
