We did most of the discussion over the phone and on the web. We had picked the vehicle, had our trade in evaluated, our credit ran and had agreed on price before actually coming to the dealership. With all of this already done, it STILL took us over 3 hours at the dealership to finalize the deal. That is WAY TOO LONG! More
