Let's just say I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience with buying a new car. I had originally wrote a not so good revi received here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience with buying a new car. I had originally wrote a not so good review but they took the time out and listened to me and cared enough to make sure I was happy even when they didn't have to. That means more to me than if it was perfect the first time because it shows that even after you are out the door and to be honest not there problem and more you are still the customer and you matter. Says alot about the people that work there. I want to thank Arron, Logan, Roger and the general manager for all they did. I couldn't pass up being able to leave my experience at this ROUNTREE MOORE NISSAN dealership located at 4262 W US HWY 90, LAKE CITY, FL 32055. September 14 I went to this place since the day before Septem this ROUNTREE MOORE NISSAN dealership located at 4262 W US HWY 90, LAKE CITY, FL 32055. September 14 I went to this place since the day before September 13 I was in contact to see if I could get a car trading in my current car. During a long text conversation with JORDAN (this person was nothing and no one from this place, he was hired by the dealership for an event). In short, he achieved a supposed business for me. I did all this by text and before going on the 14th to go to that place I had 1 hour and 27 minutes left on the trip. Well, I arrived at the dealership on the 14th, Jordan met me, we got into a conversation about the business, he looked for the car, he showed it to me, etc. He told me, let's go, so you can sign the documents, etc., and I can leave. He goes to where the other person named Carl (who was also hired for the event) returns and asks me if I was not going to do a trade-in to finalize everything, my answer was yes and I told him that I had already told him I said in the conversation the day before that that was my reason for this business. "Jordan tells me, I think I lost the documents that I had already filled out that he himself asked me to fill out. Well, that's where the ???????????? begins. Well, the business of the first car, a 2023 NISSAN SENTRA went into the trash. After a few long hours of waiting, they were supposedly looking for business with other cars, they came to offer me a deal with a 2021 HYUNDAI SONATA. Jordan and Carl told me, look, this car was approved, etc. They indicate that I transfer the insurance that I had with my original car to the new one. I do all that, everything is ready, they tell me we are going to send some documents to your sister (she was going to be the co-owner) overnight, once she signs them, I can return them to you. give the car. You can go in your car with peace of mind that you can use it for 72 hours. Since I didn't trust myself with that, I told them that's it, Jordan and Carl told me that they called me. September 15, I didn't hear from them. September 16, Jordan writes to me He was going to meet with the Sales Manager and I will give you more information there. September 17 I write to him (Jordan) and he tells me he will call you back, which never happened. September 18 nothing September 19 tells me that the Sales Manager was going to call me once again it didn't happen. September 20 I go to the dealership to ask about Jordan and they tell me that he is not there. A few minutes later one or another of the Sales Managers assists me and invites me to go to one of his offices so we could have a private conversation. He introduces himself (the only thing I can remember is his last name CABRERA) he tells me to tell him, I tell him everything that has been happening. A silence of a few minutes, he didn't know how to tell me what the other people, JORDAN AND CARL, had done. Mr. Cabrera tells me, look, those people sold the car 2 days ago and how is it going to be? That car is under my insurance company. He tells me if they sold it, we don't know how they could have done it because the people who bought it were able to put insurance on it. At that moment it made me very angry because 5 days without answers and lies but that it was sold under my insurance and a deal had already been made and we shook hands. Cabrera tells me that supposedly those 2 people were hired for the event that was taking place those days but that they were no longer going to be hired for anything that had to do with that dealership. That he didn't want them there because of what they dared to do. Cabrera asked me what he could do for me. I told him that I need a car, etc., and that he didn't want to go through the same thing that happened with the other 2 individuals. I called at 9:30 and was told a Service Advisor would call me back. No one did I called again @ 11:30 and again was told a Service Advisor would call me back and that my request was being marked urgent call me back. No one did I called again @ 11:30 and again was told a Service Advisor would call me back and that my request was being marked urgent. I called again @ 12:45, this time to the operator who told me she would deliver my message/name/number to the Service Advisors and they would call back. 2 days later and no one has had the decency to call back! I would never recommend them based on this. More
