When I purchased the car I was told the car I was told it had not been in any accidents according to the car fax report. 1 week after getting the car i found 3 places on the left back quarterpanel where the paint is trying to chip off. I called Logan and he had us bring it in. We took it to 175 Auto for a quote to fix the paint. 175 auto qouldnt look at. Logan then had me take it to the Ford body shop for an estimate for repair. He then told us there was nothing that your company could do. Talked to an Asst manager who was willing to swap the vehicles until he was told we hadnt even made the 1st payment. Then he told us to make 3-4 payments then bring it back and try and do a trade in. We spent $30,000 on this vehicle in good faith that your dealership is an honorable business. All we wanted was for the paint to be fixed. So it seems as if you are not honorable and do not care about your customers.

We are sincerely sorry that this has effected you in this way. We rely on the CarFax just as much as you do when making offers on trade ins and relaying accurate information to all of our customers. Our vehicles go through a multi point inspection that concentrates heavily in mechanical functionality. Our technicians do not dismantle or inspect much of the body as used vehicles are usually sold as is. That is why it is always better when a customer is here in person! We do very much encourage all our customers to make an educated decision which includes evaluations on their end. We care very much for all of our customers and hope that this doesn't break an otherwise good relationship with you.
