There was a recall issue possibly with the car we picked out but they checked it out and make sure this car was safe to drive and not one of the cars needing to be taken back. Horrible, horrible service I had an appointment for 7:30 for my first oil change with complementary car wash. I was told on arrival it would take 30 to 40 minutes so I chose to I had an appointment for 7:30 for my first oil change with complementary car wash. I was told on arrival it would take 30 to 40 minutes so I chose to wait. Big mistake. There was some kind of mishap and I was informed after 90 minutes of waiting that my oil change hadn’t been started yet. I got an apology for the bad communication and was assured they would rush me out. I didn’t leave until almost 10:30! I was so upset I sat with a finance manager to inquire about cancelling my maintenance contract. I was told I had better keep all my receipts from service performed elsewhere or warranty work would not be covered. Now I feel trapped. To top that off, after waiting 3 hours, my car still had mud on it! Not a good sign of what my service will be like in the future! More
