Almost all was awesome My salesman, Mark Mcrae, cannot be beat. He was awesome. Can’t say the same for the sign-the-forms guy. Didn’t get his name. He kept blaming the state My salesman, Mark Mcrae, cannot be beat. He was awesome. Can’t say the same for the sign-the-forms guy. Didn’t get his name. He kept blaming the state for the problems of transferring the tag. We almost left. We had waited about a hour+ to get into his office to sign for deal and the he didn’t have the right names for the tag transfer. It was a mess. However, Mark calmed the husband down and we finally got it done. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Mark, my better half would have probably nixed the deal. I do love the car. I hope the service department is as good as they say. Everyone was very nice and congratulated us on the purchase. This is my first Kia. I am expecting a lot! More
