The service department is inept. They don't run on time, the are smart-mouthed when they get a complaint. After my truck sat at check-in for over an hour, when they finally took it back they only had it for the are smart-mouthed when they get a complaint. Told me they were too busy. Horrible place for service. Will be going to Live Oak from now on, they are still concerned about customer satisfaction. More

Our van started having issues as we were passing thru Lake City late in the afternoon. We were able to limp into the Ford garage. Matthew Conyers (Service advisor) diagnosed the problem and got us schedu Lake City late in the afternoon. We were able to limp into the Ford garage. Matthew Conyers (Service advisor) diagnosed the problem and got us scheduled in for first thing the next morning and had his courtesy shuttle take us to a hotel. He confirmed the diagnosis the next morning to get approval to proceed with repairs. About 2:30 he called and said it was repaired and he could send the shuttle to pick us up! Thank you So much Matthew for your professionalism and your compassion. What was a bad situation turned out a be a small inconvenience considering what a nightmare it could have been, broke down in an unfamiliar town. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
