Great sales team, Nate was amazing. However the car was extremely dirty. I had to point out several things that needed to be cleaned. While we were getting the deal done they sent it th However the car was extremely dirty. I had to point out several things that needed to be cleaned. While we were getting the deal done they sent it through "detailing" and it came back almost exactly the same. They even missed the very two things my salesman pointed out to them to take care of. When I was done and proceeded to get into the car to leave, 100% there was no external car wash and the inside looked like it was wiped down with a rag. They really need to get their "detailing" team into shape because it was extremely unsatisfactory and now I am having to get my New "used" car detailed privately. More

Scheduled an appointment to get the oil changed and I have to admit that the service was phenomenal. The Service Department even shuttled me to a restaurant near by and serviced my truck in a timely mann have to admit that the service was phenomenal. My car salesman was Nate and he was there every step o the way but if he was with a costumer Cash stepped in and I tell you that it was like a well oil machine that never missed a beat.
