Sales rep Jacob asked for the opportunity to earn my business by beating the offer I had on a new F150 XLT from another dealer. He then texted me that Rountree Moore's GM and he had created a deal for m business by beating the offer I had on a new F150 XLT from another dealer. He then texted me that Rountree Moore's GM and he had created a deal for me on a new F150 XLT similar to the other offer I had except the RMF XLT was 4x4! They would sell it to me at the same price. 3 hours after that offer I arrived at RMF where Jacob met me out front and said someone had bought it while I was driving there (couldn'tcall or text to tell me that?). He then offered to sell me a USED truck for the same price as the new one at the other dealer or to sell me a Lariat for $14,000 more! Eventually Stephen Jones, the general manager admitted they never had a new 4x4 XLT to sell me but also wanted to sell me a used truck. The only thing more concerning than Jacob's dishonesty is Stephen's condoning Jacob's lies. No need to do business here, there are reputable Ford dealers in Live Oak, Alachua and Gainesville! More

Had a starter issue and had to have vehicle towed from tire shop to dealer, part had to be ordered and then part didn't operate so another was used and got us back on the road. I had a problem with my new Lincoln Nautilus that required contact with warranty dept at Lincoln. After resolving the problem Roundtree quickly and efficiently took care of my problem. The service required contact with warranty dept at Lincoln. After resolving the problem Roundtree quickly and efficiently took care of my problem. The service manager Joe was more that helpful. The repair took about four hours so he arranged for transportation back to my home over 25 miles away and then returned to take me back to dealership when car was ready to be picked up. Well done Roundtree and Joe for going above and beyond in customer service. More

I should start by saying if you don’t want to read the whole thing just read this… if you are young or a woman they will take advantage of you!! TAKE pictures of your entire car inside and out before leaving it with them and let them know that you have pictures and time stamps!! The people who work there are VERY rude. When I came to drop off my car I walked in the building and the man at the counter was on his cell phone so I took a seat. I sat there for 5 minutes and was not once greeted. Then he finally asked if anyone was helping me (still no greeting). Then when I come to pick up my car after being fixed I noticed a huge stain on my seat that was not there when I dropped it off. Yes, there were some other smeller stains on the back of the seat from sweat and just being used (the seats are white) but they were nothing like this one. I was also informed the day before I picked up my car that my car has been detailed and it most certainly was not. It had not even been washed. So I went back inside and informed them nicely about the stain and they sent a manager to look at my car. He argued with me stating that that stain looked like it had been there a while and that they didn’t do that. Which is a very lousy excuse because you can’t tell a difference in a stain that has been there for a week or a year. Then he told me he would look to see if they had pictures of when the car arrived and how CONVENIENT they did not have any!! And still refused for fix it. HORRIBLE PLACE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. I will never have my car serviced here again. My car is a Honda Accord as well. Not a ford. More

Great sales team, Nate was amazing. However the car was extremely dirty. I had to point out several things that needed to be cleaned. While we were getting the deal done they sent it through "detailing" and it came back almost exactly the same. They even missed the very two things my salesman pointed out to them to take care of. When I was done and proceeded to get into the car to leave, 100% there was no external car wash and the inside looked like it was wiped down with a rag. They really need to get their "detailing" team into shape because it was extremely unsatisfactory and now I am having to get my New "used" car detailed privately. More
