I would like to take a moment to thank the entire staff at Rountree Moore Ford, with a special thanks to Charlie Tomlison, for going the extra mile for me with the purchase of my first new vehicle, a 2012 at Rountree Moore Ford, with a special thanks to Charlie Tomlison, for going the extra mile for me with the purchase of my first new vehicle, a 2012 F-150 that is absolutely perfect. A business run the way they use to be, where the happiness of the customer is job 1. The staff at Rountree Moore Ford made this the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased used cars in the past from dealers but have never dealt with a staff as kind, courteous, caring, and willing to go the extra mile to get an individual into the vehicle that they want, Most would push you to a lesser vehicle just for the sale. Lori Hewitt was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She showed me a dozen vehicles over serval weeks. she never got the i don't care attitude with me. We recently visited this dealership to look at a new car. We told the salesman if he brought us a deal we liked we would be interested in running it through the banks to see what happened. After several unac We told the salesman if he brought us a deal we liked we would be interested in running it through the banks to see what happened. After several unacceptable offers and 4 hours later we told the salesman if he could do something to call us. The next day I recieved several warnings from my credit monitoring company that there had been 8 inquiries. We never authorized this dealership to submit any credit applications. I spoke to the sales manager and was told he would look into it. We have tried to call the dealership several times since and no one returns our call. More

You know when you are looking at your wrecked car shaking you head and you are 6 hours from home and then an angel lands. This was my experience with Lori. My son had a blowout on the way home from Tally and you head and you are 6 hours from home and then an angel lands. This was my experience with Lori. My son had a blowout on the way home from Tally and the car was towed to Rountree-Moore in Lake City. The next moring we came to really see the damage. Lori walked by and asked if we needed help and I joked with her about "got a used car for my son," I really was just joking. She said I just might. The short of the long story is we got another car in just a few hours. Did all the paperwork got rid of the sad car and home we came. Lori is amazing. Her good energy crossed our path just at the right time. She understood what we needed and she made it happen right away. No unnecessary sales push just found us just what I asked for. In the days where buying a car can be a challange she made it a pleasure! Lori thank you for coming to our rescue! More
