We recently visited this dealership to look at a new car. We told the salesman if he brought us a deal we liked we would be interested in running it through the banks to see what happened. After several unacceptable offers and 4 hours later we told the salesman if he could do something to call us. The next day I recieved several warnings from my credit monitoring company that there had been 8 inquiries. We never authorized this dealership to submit any credit applications. I spoke to the sales manager and was told he would look into it. We have tried to call the dealership several times since and no one returns our call. More

You know when you are looking at your wrecked car shaking you head and you are 6 hours from home and then an angel lands. This was my experience with Lori. My son had a blowout on the way home from Tally and the car was towed to Rountree-Moore in Lake City. The next moring we came to really see the damage. Lori walked by and asked if we needed help and I joked with her about "got a used car for my son," I really was just joking. She said I just might. The short of the long story is we got another car in just a few hours. Did all the paperwork got rid of the sad car and home we came. Lori is amazing. Her good energy crossed our path just at the right time. She understood what we needed and she made it happen right away. No unnecessary sales push just found us just what I asked for.
