Service department This service person was rude and cockey!! He thinks he owns this ford dealer!! Where is the bumper to bumper warranty? my mirror of my truck came off it was loose. in past few months my wife was taking to the service for oil change and tire rotation she forgot to tell them about the mirror and our life is busy with work. Then he said that because it has 27,522 miles (SO what does that have to do with it) what happened to the 36,000 miles warranty?? he kept telling me that I broke it and if I bought a new truck or not. So he emailed the ford company and they declined it! What is the warranty?? So he tells me it will cost me $113.00 why should I pay for this if I have warranty? They will lose more then me, because I will not bring my truck to do any service again... Also we been bring this truck in this service but never been charge $50.00 for a oil change Wow! I also called and left a message for the service manager and they did not return my call. Where is the customer service? More
A good car buying experience When I walked onto the car lot at Roundtree Moore dealership, I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy. Since they no longer made Pontiacs, whic When I walked onto the car lot at Roundtree Moore dealership, I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy. Since they no longer made Pontiacs, which would have been my 1st choice, I came with an open mind. I feel fortunate that I was met on the lot by Russ. We looked at many different makes & models of 2014 cars. I knew I wanted a new car. Russ was a very thorough and knowledgeable salesman - no high pressure sales talk - and he listened intently as I described my needs and wants in a car. He was very patient & helpful and directed me in the right direction as I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car to contact Russ, as he is a very good salesman and can make the car buying process a pleasure. More

He took a lot of time taking me around to the different locations searching for what I needed, and I'm very happy with the vehicle I ended up with. We looked at every local dealership with in 150 miles from our home and finally found what we were looking for at Roundtree Moore Ford. We were contacted by Russ Waters after we had inquired online about the vehicle we were interested in. He was kind and courteous on the phone, but most of all, he was caring about what I was actually looking for. When we got to the dealership, it was nice knowing beforehand who we would be dealing with. Russ greeted us promptly and friendly. He explained in detail what was happening each step of the way. After showing us the car we were looking at, taking us for a test drive and going through the tedious paperwork, Russ had us ready to go in minutes. BUT, the finance company would not accept the car I wanted due to the miles on it. But that did not stop Russ. He asked exactly what I was looking for and he searched not only his dealership, but all the others in their network to find a vehicle that not only had what I wanted, but was with in the budget we wanted it. He worked tirelessly with the finance managers to get me numbers on each vehicle we were interested in. After hours of dealing with me, you would think he would be tired. But not Russ, he kept looking until he found not only the PERFECT vehicle for us, but the price was too high. Seeing how much I wanted that vehicle, Russ promptly went to work, and through it all, and I mean it took him all day, he kept us laughing and informed of everything that was happening. He worked and worked until he made that vehicle match our budget. Through it all he was always kind, caring, and most of all, he never gave up. If I were to buy another car, and we will I know, I would not want any other salesman than Russ. All of the employees we seen were friendly, kind and seemed pretty genuine, but Russ is what made buying our SUV absolutely FUN. And that is not a word that goes with car buying! RUDE Staff after purchase. You must be hiring your "friends" to run the various offices. Several of these woman are overtly rude and obviously fear no repercussions. EVERY single time I am forced to call for information regarding one of our several vehicle purchases or their service, I am appalled at how little regard for professionalism is evident at the Ford location. Shameful and annoying. Our repairs look great, but the dealership itself has the "I don't really care" attitude after the purchase paperwork is signed. More
