She spent the entire day with us and after we completed the sale, she spent over an hour in my new Explorer going though all of the features, such as Voice commands, Sirius radio, and navigation system. I found my Toyota Tacoma via the Internet inventory link. Upon my request for further details, I received immediate response and within minutes had a quote, then consequently following up with a quote including my trade-in. I found Mr. Ford to be very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle and made me feel at ease with his friendly demeanor. Not at all the customary pushy salesman. This was my 3rd vehicle purchased from Roundtree Moore and this was by - far my best experience. I would highly recommend his service and this dealership to my friends and family. More
