Incredible experience I wouldn't buy a new vehicle from anyone other than Ken. I was looking for a new truck and had a thousand questions, Ken answered every question and was so patient and helpful. He guided me in the right direction, while being honest and straight forward. He found exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. I am not much of an auto shopper but he took all of the anxiety and stress out of purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks to Ken I found everything I wanted in a vehicle AND he got it in my price range. I couldn't be any happier with my truck or the buying process and service I received from Ken. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank again for everything Ken! More

Just as last time I am extremely happy with the car I purchased. Ken helped me look at many options and after some time we finally found the car I loved! So I traded in the car I bought from him last year and got a newer car. I will continue to refer anyone who's looking for a car to Ken Deas!! More

I told them exactly what vehicle I'm looking for and was told by the arrogant sales manager that I was wrong about what I know I am looking for. I just walked out. I will not be going back. More
Terrible way to treat a customer! I would say they had bad customer service, but in reality they had no customer service. I called at 8am and talked to Tammy to inquire about a used tr I would say they had bad customer service, but in reality they had no customer service. I called at 8am and talked to Tammy to inquire about a used truck they had listed online. She said it was still available, and since it was exactly what I had been looking for and at a good price I told her I wanted to buy the truck. I offered to give them a credit card number as a deposit (was willing to pay full asking price) or buy the truck on my card. I told her I had a few meetings and then I would be on my way to the dealership, no more than a few hours. I do a lot of business with my local Ford dealer and offered to have the GM call them to verify I was a serious buyer. Finished with my meetings, picked up the cash from the bank and was on my way at 10am when Tammy called back and said they sold the truck. It's this kind of dealership that give all car dealers and Ford a bad name. I have never seen a dealer that would not hold a truck for even a few hours for a buyer who was coming from out of town. Especially one paying full price with cash. Don't bother driving any distance to look at their inventory, it's first come first serve and they must be hard up for sales with that kind of service! Extreamly disappointed they would do this to a loyal Ford customer of 35years. Called GM, left a message, did not receive a call back. More

Sales and Service Tiffany is an amazing sales woman. Just when I thought I had no hope left on getting a car, she went above and beyond to make sure I had one. Heater went out ... now we have over a thousand dollars of repair again ... after paying for the one repair 2 other times... paying for it AGAIN Never ROUNTREE... never FORD again! Can't afford repairs AND payments! More

I have sent numerous text's to get some answers. I have left phone messages for the service manager to call me, I have also left messages for the general manager and still no calls from either. It is apparent that if you are not from the area that they want your money but not willing to help or return calls More

Ken was very kind and courteous his professional attitude and knowledge of the Ford products really impressed me. Ken was very welcoming, friendly, and above all gracious. He did his best to accommodate not only myself but my small child that tagged along. As you may can imagine vehicle shopping with a five year old can be quite challenging.
