You can never get any one on the phone. They never call you back no matter how many voice mail you leave. They have never paid off my car i traded in for a dodge truck. They never do anything they tell you they will do. And when you call the person you would like to talk with is in a meeting or not in.i got a kia car from them had it24days and they had it10 mounts. The worst place i have had to deal with. Now i traded for a truck and they have never paid the car off. I have the finance people calling me for a payment. Not happy and causeing my credit to go down. More

Smooth/Fast service dept. I had a something in my tire making it go flat and i came to service dept and was greated by Chris Beaudry. He was super nice and helpful and new i had to hurry to get my kids from school and he made sure i was taken care of in a timely manner.
