You can never get any one on the phone. They never call you back no matter how many voice mail you leave. They have never paid off my car i traded in for a dodge truck. The worst place i have had to deal with. Now i traded for a truck and they have never paid the car off. I have the finance people calling me for a payment. Not happy and causeing my credit to go down. More
