Brad didn't pressure me at all; showed me the Escape and detailed all the wonderful features and upgrades from my 2016 Escape. He provided a written estimate, which included factory incentives, a dealer discount and a very fair value for my trade-in - an "out-the-door" price with no surprises! I took it home and discussed with my husband. We returned the next day to close the deal. Chris Hamrick was also very helpful and found me better financing than we expected. He was pleasant, and walked me through the paperwork step by step. We are so happy with the price we paid, the vehicle we purchased and the service we received. Horrible !! I made an appt and came in , no one helped or acknowledged us for about 5 min. When service was complete I always walk around pop hood check and make I made an appt and came in , no one helped or acknowledged us for about 5 min. When I popped my hood the oil cap was sitting on my engine not even screwed on and they never rotated my tires. I went back in to tell my service rep , Kendall I believe is her name and she was not shocked which leads me to believe this happens a lot. I guess with Lake city ford you don’t even get what you pay for!’ More
