Horrible !! I made an appt and came in , no one helped or acknowledged us for about 5 min. When service was complete I always walk around pop hood check and make I made an appt and came in , no one helped or acknowledged us for about 5 min. When service was complete I always walk around pop hood check and make sure everything looked complete. When I popped my hood the oil cap was sitting on my engine not even screwed on and they never rotated my tires. I went back in to tell my service rep , Kendall I believe is her name and she was not shocked which leads me to believe this happens a lot. I guess with Lake city ford you don’t even get what you pay for!’ More
