MY EXPERIENCE AT ROUNTREE FOR A SERVICE CHECK. I went to the service Dept. to have the techs look at my computer which was not working properly. Scotty Kay waited on me, said it would not take too I went to the service Dept. to have the techs look at my computer which was not working properly. Scotty Kay waited on me, said it would not take too long. After about an hour and a half Mr. Kay brought the tech into the lobby to talk to me. That was very nice. The guy explained to me what to watch for, at that time I felt comfortable with his explanation . Mr. Kay walked me to the car and told me that the recall would take a couple of hours so I will bring it back later. I appreciate all the help these 2 gentlemen did for me. Will always come back.
