Excellent help from your service advisor. My 2016 Lincoln MKS was overdue for 30,000 mile service. I was tight on time, having to work around a medical appointment for my wife. I called in a My 2016 Lincoln MKS was overdue for 30,000 mile service. I was tight on time, having to work around a medical appointment for my wife. I called in and explained the situation, and was advised to bring the car in, that the service advisor would do what was possible. I brought the car in after dropping my wife off at the doctor. The service advisor got the work done rather quickly and I was able to pick up my wife with only a minimal wait. The service advisor kept me informed, throughout, quickly got m e through the checkout procedure, and escorted me to my car very expeditiously. I really appreciate her help and considerate treatment. I am not certain of the name of the service advisor. More

Zero reliability for 2 years I've tried to get a wheel lock key for my ford that I bought from Rountree/moore every service , breakdown and tow , oil change they would for 2 years I've tried to get a wheel lock key for my ford that I bought from Rountree/moore every service , breakdown and tow , oil change they would tell me we are working on it but they had a key in tire center . I moved out of area and tried to get tires ford techs were unable to get tires off car tried several times to contact dealership left messages with parts department never a phone call back , spoke to dealership manager said he would work on it never called back.... MY EXPERIENCE AT ROUNTREE FOR A SERVICE CHECK. I went to the service Dept. to have the techs look at my computer which was not working properly. Scotty Kay waited on me, said it would not take too I went to the service Dept. to have the techs look at my computer which was not working properly. Scotty Kay waited on me, said it would not take too long. After about an hour and a half Mr. Kay brought the tech into the lobby to talk to me. That was very nice. The guy explained to me what to watch for, at that time I felt comfortable with his explanation . Mr. Kay walked me to the car and told me that the recall would take a couple of hours so I will bring it back later. I appreciate all the help these 2 gentlemen did for me. Will always come back.
