Service Department Needs Leadership. I had an appointment for my ech at 1215. For an oil change and to see why my start stop wasn’t working. I told them o had another appointment somewhe I had an appointment for my ech at 1215. For an oil change and to see why my start stop wasn’t working. I told them o had another appointment somewhere else and I would be back later. I got back 2.75 hours later and they did my oil change but still didn’t look at my issue. I was not pleased to say the least. They finally got my suv back to me and Brian my service advisor svedulded me for another day. I didn’t fault him but the shop manager in the back for shoddy scheduling. I will give them another chance but only one. More
