Very poor customer service - manager is incompetent I'm not even sure where to begin. I have not had service this bad from a dealership ever, and that is saying something. I took my 2017 F-150 Truck I'm not even sure where to begin. I have not had service this bad from a dealership ever, and that is saying something. I took my 2017 F-150 Truck into the dealership to get warranty work for my battery that was failing. Long story short, 7 DAYS LATER, I get my truck back. I got no updates at all from anyone, I was given a ford fusion loaner (awful when compared to what I was driving that I pay quite a bit a month for and told how lucky i was to even have that - uhm ok.... if you say so...) I didn't care if it was overnight, but for a week? I spoke to the manager of the dealership on day 6 of this train wreck and can tell he is most likely why the place is as bad as it is. he did not care even a little bit that it took a SOLID WEEK PUT A BATTERY IN MY FORD TRUCK AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. Even though I told this guy I buy a new vehicle every two years for my work, he dismissed all my complaints and only mentioned that I should have gotten updates from the service dept... Yea, no duh... I was not offered even so much as a car wash from this place for the hassle. Toyota washed my new truck when a simple oil change went over time. He had an excuse for everything and claimed responsibility for nothing. Chances are I will never buy from this place based on their service work alone. Awful service from top to bottom minus the mechanics that have nothing to do with this situation and a few of the people in the service dept that actually tried even when it wasn't really for her or him to worry with. Buy elsewhere. More
