After a 2 hr. wait,went to service counter to inquire what was taking so long. service rep. kendall went to check on problem and returned with vehicle. there had been a oil spill under hood and it was running down front side panel. this was the second time that a simple oil change turned into a 2 hr. wait. I drive 25 miles for service like this ...WIll be looking for a closer dealership More

Power steering emergency repairs made Our power steering went out while driving back home to Michigan. We limped into the dealership on a Saturday morning. My Review Danielle, customer service rep, did a great job but I was disappointed that the people who did my oil change did not reset the "oil Change required" s Danielle, customer service rep, did a great job but I was disappointed that the people who did my oil change did not reset the "oil Change required" sensor...this is the second time for that error in servicing, but when I returned the following day , Danielle immediately had her co-worker show me how to reset the sensor myself...Danielle was busy with another customer, but she immediately acknowledged my presence and handled the problem very professionally. Free oil change turned into a $104.52 visit! Urghhhh I was told I needed / recommended I should say anyways that I needed a alignment and she could give me a discounted price of $20.00 (but I shouldn’t t I was told I needed / recommended I should say anyways that I needed a alignment and she could give me a discounted price of $20.00 (but I shouldn’t tell anyone else, cause could “get in trouble” So I took the offer.... When I returned she was gone and someone else had to check me out, who gave me a total of $104.52 and that was after he gave me a “discount” down to $89.00 Anyways I’m not sure I can afford free oil and by free i mean the service package I bought when I bought my car, end up costing that much unexpectedly! But if I do go back, I will not be served by the lady that started my service named Danielle! I’m not sure what the man’s name was , but he did “try” to fix it! More
