I asked when I left while the guy was still in my car and Kendell asked him if he had done it. He said yes turned it on for a second and a little squirted out. Later in the day I tried it and there was only a humming sound no fluid. It sure didn't even give a little squirt. Now I have to leave on a trip to VA and I either have to take extra time from getting ready to take it back or go without my 2017 Ford Escape having the ability to clean my windshield while driving. Not a good choice. More

She immediately put my mind at ease, got me in early the next morning, and the service team corrected the minor issue. Lake City Ford Service Options The Works , not really satisfied with what actually happened. I upgraded the oil to full synthetic. My vehicle was serviced quick. But I was not there for speed. I paid my bill which was just less than $100. My fist observation as I opened my drivers door there was Oil Absorbent on my inside door handle I then looked at the seat there was a oil stain on the drivers seat. I notified my service advisor she quickly got someone to get the oil stain out. Now there is a white stain where the oil was. As I pulled out of the dealership I smelled oil. I noticed oil on my steering wheel. BTW the steering wheel is leather wrapped I do not think motor oil is good for the leather. I was curious so I checked under the hood. The Oil filler cap had oil on it and around the valve cover. Its been years since I had my vehicle serviced at this Dealership. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership my $40K+ vehicle's first service. I will take the time to go to Alachua or Live for my next service. Things that would have made this service a good experience: Detail the vehicle at least vacuum and wash. require the Service tech to clean his/her hands prior to driving the vehicle. More
