Service department mistreated my 70 year old mother during the pandemic and offered No apology. Lied to her and have yet to follow through on their promise. It’s been over a month and nothing has been during the pandemic and offered No apology. Lied to her and have yet to follow through on their promise. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done. We have called with no response. Robert at the service department is a problem, his word means nothing and he is unkind. Messages left with the manager have not been returned. Zero professionalism to customers who have bought several cars from them. Think twice before ever consider taking anything to them. All of this for a safety recall that Robert said “isn’t important”. Maybe they're hiding the honest reviews In short I had no success with this service facility. In fact I had no success at even getting a Restricted Delivery Certified US Mail Article deliver In short I had no success with this service facility. In fact I had no success at even getting a Restricted Delivery Certified US Mail Article delivered to the Service Manager. In fact allegations and unfounded assertions opposed to the facts fly out of this facility and the only thing I can figure it is the CYA routine. Beware of Service Writers who refuse to produce the RO and simply give you back a key fob ro and no written explanations of anything at THAT time cause believe me they'll come up with so really good fabrications later on and say "we called Ford" back to the game of CYA. I found Mr Lebron to be woeful at best and less then honest one might say lacking integrity. This Dealership like others in this State has found a way to circumvent FS 501.98 by not being required by the USPS to sign for Certified Mailings, or maybe just mine. Either way I dumped the Lemon of an Explorer and be careful out there even with a class III hitch and a 6 cylinder [5,000 lbs tow rating] they'll assert you "over-towed" when only trailering 3,000 lbs then state you refused to say what you were towing. Either way remove your brake proportioning device cause these "Mechanics" think that is what is towing verses helping the woefully equipped stop even when under-towing. It's a game and a bad one at that. The next dealer asserted I towed in Overdrive so I let that insert his foot so far he couldn't retract it then I asked him to show me over drive on my Explorer [there was none] so in essence they're Fords first line of defense not you'r first line of repair(s), forget that Ford is having such issues they'll be like Micky D's soon enough you already see the consolidations next come closures. This facility lost the sale of a $60,000.00 2020 Tahoe for it's sister dealership... More
