Our van started having issues as we were passing thru Lake City late in the afternoon. We were able to limp into the Ford garage. Matthew Conyers (Service advisor) diagnosed the problem and got us scheduled in for first thing the next morning and had his courtesy shuttle take us to a hotel. He confirmed the diagnosis the next morning to get approval to proceed with repairs. About 2:30 he called and said it was repaired and he could send the shuttle to pick us up! Thank you So much Matthew for your professionalism and your compassion. What was a bad situation turned out a be a small inconvenience considering what a nightmare it could have been, broke down in an unfamiliar town. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Scheduled a appointment for a recheck because brakes were failing after 3000 miles, I showed up at my appointment time and rep said they couldn't get to it at that time and needs to reschedule, he said he wo failing after 3000 miles, I showed up at my appointment time and rep said they couldn't get to it at that time and needs to reschedule, he said he would call me to reschedule and that was a couple of months ago, haven't heard a word. I took it to a different shop they found calipers were freezing up on the back and the front brakes were smoked after 3000 miles, it should've been under warranty but I couldn't get it scheduled More
I called when I got my Air Bag Recall Notice from Ford. Mathew Conyers answered my call and was extremely helpful and polite and had my part ordered quickly. The dealer tried a new control board, etc etc. Airbags, ABS, all safety features, control control panel, front windows, blower motor, more all went dead. Th ruck was down for about 6 weeks but 10 days of that was my delay. Bottom line is they could not identify and fix the issue. Offered to trade but the offer was a pittance of value. Traded at a sister dealership for a Ram - I said I had purchased my last Ford when they screwed up their power strokes back in the early 2000s. should have stuck to that. I am only giving a 3 because the dealer did not charge for all the repairs that did nothing. More

THATS LIKE 53 MILES FROM MY 1ST OIL CHANGE ON MY 2020 LARIAT AND MY TRUCK WAS QUITE DIRTY, AFTER THE OIL CHANGE I GOT MYTRUCK I LIVE IN OLD TOWN, FL. THATS LIKE 53 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND I THOUGHT THEY WOULD AT LEAST WASH MY VEHICLE, BUT SERVICE WRITER SAID THEY DONT DO THAT. SORT OF A LET DOWN CHEIFLAND FORD WASHES VEHICLES WHEN SERVICED THERE, BIG BEND CHEVY WASHES VEHICLES WHEN SERVICED THERE, AND GAINSVILLE DODGE AND LAKE CITY DODGE AND CHEIFLAND DODGE ALL WASH VEHICLES AFTER SERVICE. I had “services” on my Lincoln MKS they repaired my A/C and replaced 2 tires. They ordered 3 full size tires because I wanted the spare, a donut, tire replaced but they charged me for a full size tire. Als and replaced 2 tires. Also while my vehicle was in their Care Custody and Control the driver side front speaker miraculously blew all by itself, or so they say. I called the manager of the service department and was told he was in a meeting and that the receptionist would leave a message for him as well as our a sticky note in his computer and he would call me no later than the next day. Two weeks passed and I never heard from him. I went there today and they told me my speaker was blown and that it wasn’t unusual with a black on black car. They told me that since the donut tire would cost less that the speaker would practically be paid for. I told them since the manager never returned my call and because they won’t take responsibility for messing up my speaker that I just wanted a refund and I’ll go someplace else. The service manager told the guy helping to refund me the extra tire price. The guy helping was trying to do it only to find out he couldn’t that it could only be completed on the manager’s computer so another waste of time. I would only recommend this dealership for repairs to my enemies More
