Rountree Moore Chevrolet - Service Center

I dropped my truck off to Bryan Wachob at 7AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a message shortly after from a Michael Smith saying he would text me updates on my service visit and send a vide change and tire rotation. I received a message shortly after from a Michael Smith saying he would text me updates on my service visit and send a video of my vehicle's inspection. Hours went by and it was already 3PM with NO UPDATES, NO VIDEO and NO RESPONSE via the text number. So, I had to call the service department directly and ask for an update. I asked for both reps and they told me over the phone that they were not available and had left already for the day. Jordy Stewart told me my Silverado 1500 was available and did his best to accommodate my questions and frustrations, however, when I arrived, my the tires had not been rotated and I had to sit and wait for another 45 minutes. When they were finally done, I go to pay with a coupon I had for an oil change and tire rotation for $39.95 and the total still ended up being over $50. My truck had been there almost 10 hours and I had finally got my keys back. I went to load up and noticed no one had vacuumed the inside and not to mention, my truck continues to shake because the wheel balance is off. I hate to write such a poor review but this experience was very disappointing and I have no plans to go back. More

Michael Smith was very helpful and kept us informed about our Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Silverado Diesel. We were traveling on I-95 heading For Englewood Florida for a 14 day vacation when our truck completel our Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Silverado Diesel. We were traveling on I-95 heading For Englewood Florida for a 14 day vacation when our truck completely shutdown. We were on the side of the road for 18 hours when we finally got AAA to tow the truck to the dealership. And back to tow our Travel Trailer to the closest truck stop. My grandson drove our Suburban from North Carolina 7.5 hours down and picked us up and on to our vacation destination. We had to stay an additional 2 days but it made up for us on sitting on the highway. Michael was in contact with me throughout complete repair process. The fuel system had to be completely replaced, and I must say when we were told a day/date the work would be complete he in fact was true to his word. Now on to our next adventure feeling confident.
