Will never be back! Poor and rude service department. Would not honor the Morgan Group warranty from Gainesville GMC. Finally got ahold of someone from that dealership Poor and rude service department. Would not honor the Morgan Group warranty from Gainesville GMC. Finally got ahold of someone from that dealership to force Rountree to honor the warranty. This was the second time they refused to honor it. I will choose another dealer for service. I will never return for service or for a new car purchase. More
