Very poor customer service. Treats customers like we are nothing more than a paycheck. Sold me a car that is fairly new, but has a ton of issues, for full price. Didn’t even disclose the issues of the car, found them when I got home. Refuse to assist me with anything concerning the new purchase, even though it was just over a month ago. The car they sold me should’ve never left their lot as is, or at least not for the price they sold it to me. Pretended to lower the price, but instead extended the months and made me pay more. I gave them a price range I could afford and they didn’t even try to come close. When they detailed the car upon purchase, they didn’t. It was disgusting and not clean. The managers refuse to speak to me. I am disappointed with the entire experience and with my purchase. I refuse to give them my business again. More

I was treated well and was pressured into nothing from the time I greeted Jordy through the time I drove off with my new car. I wish I could remember the name of Jordy’s supervisor but he was extremely he the time I greeted Jordy through the time I drove off with my new car. The service manager told me to shop somewhere else today- says they are proud of adding on tack on fees. Was told an oil change would cost $59 plus tax. The bill was $59 plus $22.50 for shop supplies plus t says they are proud of adding on tack on fees. Was told an oil change would cost $59 plus tax. The bill was $59 plus $22.50 for shop supplies plus tax and that it was the new law, that they had to charge me for that. Shop fees were- disposal of oil / waste and rags. I asked why it was so much and he told me, that it is what it is. Service manager name - Kevin Lott. More
