Zero stars. I traveled 100 miles to see a car at this dealership. I made an attempt to get the out the door price before traveling, and was told they could not g I traveled 100 miles to see a car at this dealership. I made an attempt to get the out the door price before traveling, and was told they could not give me the out the door price, but they could work with me within my budget for the car I was looking at. The sticker price of the car was listed on the website as 19,000 dollars. It was a 2021 Passat with 61,000 miles on it. The car had been in 2 accidents and had been used as a rental. (They did not disclosed this I pulled the carfax). The car drove well when I arrived to the dealership, so I sat down to discuss numbers. They tried to charge me almost 10,000 dollars in fees for the car. The out the door price came out to be around 27,000 dollars. They were not willing to negotiate the price at all, and tried to low ball me by getting me to sign up for a bogus loan with them. I ended up getting a better deal at a better dealership near by. These people are crooks and will try to take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. Be careful. More
