Had an appointment for 11am for an oil change (I have a few free ones in my warranty). Ever single time I’ve brought my truck it, I’ve waited a minimum of two hours. This time it turns out I was not even checked in for my appt, but I was signed up as a “walk in”. I called at 12:30pm to see how much longer it would be and I was told I was next in line. Then, around 1:30pm I received another call, presumably someone calling to check in, saying that I was next in line when I should have been next in line an hour prior. I called to express my concern to a manager, but found there wasn’t one on duty and only got excuses. This is by far the worst service center in Lake City. More
