Worst service from the advisors to the mechanics.. my truck hasn't functioned properly since taking it there... They disabled my four wheel drive, not that I even use it , but they acted like they didn't truck hasn't functioned properly since taking it there... Rountree Ford had my vehicle for almost two weeks. I turned my vehicle in on Friday afternoon. I was very understanding in the wait process at the beginning in order for them to order the part and since turned my vehicle in on Friday afternoon. I was very understanding in the wait process at the beginning in order for them to order the part and since they were short handed. But when I called for an update I was promised I would have someone start on my vehicle the following Monday morning. That wasn’t the case every time I called it was a reason why they couldn’t start on my vehicle. I had Jamie Frazier as a advisor. The worst advisor anyone could have. She never called back after leaving voicemails for updates. Every time I spoke with her she was rude and nonchalant I guess because it wasn’t her vehicle. I would say Pat did try and help the process. I would advise anyone. Don’t leave your vehicle there and have Jamie as your advisor. Unless you strive to have horrible customer service .. this is the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership service department. I would recommend a training in learning how to communicate with customers. More
The service department estimated $950 to replace brake booster on my 2013 Ford Edge. The brakes dangerously seized up on my way home to the point that I couldn’t move the car. It had to be towed back to the dealership. The service manager told me that a sensor needed to be adjusted and something else tightened down. For the 3 hours labor that was done in 20 minutes I was given a car that was dangerous to drive. They did fix it and actually test drove it this time before calling me to come get it. I will never go back to that dealership for anything. Unfortunately this is my 3rd bad experience with this place. I should have learned from my previous experiences. More

He listened to our concerns about my 2015 Mustang and took it from there. We initially went searching for a part, but my husband asked to speak with the service manager. Pat had us bring the vehicle in and it was diagnosed within a day or so. Once diagnosed it was explained what was going on with my vehicle. The repair took a few days, due to waiting on parts. But we were provided a rental in the meantime. I will CONTINUE to go to Rountree for my Mustang service!!! Great customer service and TERRIFIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! THANKS AGAIN!!! More

Service department I had an appointment at 7 am on 4/3/2019 for 2 recall issuses. i arrived before the doors were open & was the first customer they waited on. They said it would be be 3 to 4 hours to fix the issue. I didn"t mind waiting. After 3 hours I walked to the back and and saw my truck sitting outside. thinking it was ready i went to talk to service advisor and found out they have not even looked at my truck after being there for 3 hours, with a 7am appointment. Why have an appointment and be the first customer of the day and after 3 hours they haven"t even looked at it? i was told over the phone and when i arrived it was probably a 3 to 4 hour job. making an appointment should stop if there not going to look at your vehicle. CORPORATE should know about this!! This is not the way to run a business and treat loyal customers!! This has nothing to do with the sales people at Rountree Ford. Sam is the salesman i have used for several years and he is great. More
Airbag recall nightmare Because of the deadly Takata airbag recall and the class action suit, I was instructed to turn in my MKZ to Roundtree to be eligible for a loaner. My car was parked on an open lot from April through December, 2018. With the intense heat last summer, the leather dried out. The battery would not hold a charge, and two speakers split. I am out $100 for a detail, $80+ for a battery, and over $500 for speakers. They will not cover it. The bad thing is that I could have picked my car up months earlier, because the policy changed. No one contacted me. I am disappointed, because I have experienced great service before this. This was Rountree’s response to my request to have the stereo speakers, which cracked over the summer while my car was in their care for eight months, fixed. Never mind the battery that had to be replaced or the condition of the leather seats😂 We're sorry that after further attempts to resolve your concerns that we were unable to meet your expectations. Service Department-I can't get a call back. I have called the service department on two occasions. Once when my car would not start to find out if the battery was covered. So I went to Gateway and purchased a battery for $280, only to find out the following week that yes, my battery was covered and I should have not had to pay for a new one. Last week I called to speak to a service rep about the Sync system in my car. Again I had to leave a message, and as of today no one has called me back. I tried to call today and once transferred to service the phone rang and rang until it finally disconnected. More
