They have the worst service l have seen in my life. The staff Tyler was very unprofessional and aggressive with me when l tried to talk with him about them not having repaired my vehicle. These people did nothing to my car and then allowed me to drive off under the impression that my car was fixed. I'm am a woman and was traveling alone in a state l do not reside in. They scammed me out of my money knowing that they did nothing. And once l contacted them they became upset with me!!! When l am the one who should be upset as that l am because they charged me $2,994 for nothing. Shame on you ROUNDTREE FORD!!!! YOU ARE A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. There are so many bad reviews about your company that it's a disgrace that the Attorney General have not brought charges against you. City of Shreveport Louisiana you need to do a better job at what business you allow to do business in your city. Shreveport you are the gatekeepers of your city and have a responsibility to protect the citizens from this kind of fraud. They are taking people money and getting away with it. Shame on you Ford Motor Company. They say the tail is a reflection of the head. So Ford Motor Company do you agree with these bad business practices that you are allowing ROUNDTREE Ford Lincoln to continue to do. I may be a small fish in your big pond but l have a big mouth and a very small rock to fight you with. But lm going to continue to fight you until you do right by me and the mounds of other people you have taken advantage up. Shame! Shame! Shame! As for the email that you sent stating l declined your service of returning. You refused to do anything to my car and you hung up the phone in my brother face when he asked you if you would send a toll truck.. Thank you for adding more of your fraudulent lies on paper. And the documentation stating that you postponed repairing services leading me to drive off in a broken vehicle that possibly could have caused my life. More
I had a pristine 2018 F-250. Not now, took it in for service at Rountree Ford and now have a dent in the lower part of the passenger door. Truck was eventually fixed after 2 weeks of being at their dealership shop I was given a lot of lip service as far as taking care of me I.e gas, truck will be cleaned up Etc…. When truck was returned it was left with 12 miles of gas until empty again after I was told it would be filled up. Missing splash guard to oil pan was a blessing in disguise or I wouldn’t it have seen oil leaking. Possibly would have smelled it it however. None the less 4 bolts were. It tightens to the oil pan either. My mechanic tightened the oil pan to prevent further leaking. It still leaked due to intial problem not being fixed Hopefully the truck is fixed and I do not have to deal with Roundtree again. More
Day 1 - arrived and three hours later told that they couldn’t help me . Earl stated the parts weren’t in . He explained that my coupon was valid , after several attempts to create baseless charges ! He told me the $99coupon only covered brakes , I then explained I have another coupon that covers brakes and rotors . We agree for me to return the next day for work to be done . Upon arrival the next day , after wasting my time the previous day , he proceeds to tell me , that the coupon can not be applied , because sometime between this morning and when I arrived , the foreman who wasn’t there yesterday , changed the cost and assessment of my vehicle . He stated the foreman reviewed the mechanic ( who assessed ) my car on yesterday and determined the assessment wasn’t correct today . Hmm , seems really odd after I’ve already agreed upon services and coupon. The point is , they wanted to overcharge me , because I had a coupon , so he changed what needed to be done . I refuse to visit Rountree Ford again ! They lack integrity , honesty , loyalty and respect to their customers. One more thing I don’t remember his name , I’ll describe him (extremely tall , skinny and white and linky ) white male proceeded to yell and told me to leave , “ we don’t need your business “! What he did was offensive , aggressive and disrespectful and tasteless , especially to a black woman ! They are money hungry and make up expenses to cover additional monies !!!! I also filed a complaint with corporate . I filed a complaint two years ago , for technician stating my oil is changed , only to find out it hadn’t been changed ! I will not purchase another Ford ! I refuse to visit Rountree Ford More
The service advisor, Earl was professional and very helpful. He correctly identified all the issues and got them fixed in a timely manner. I already sent the general manager an email. I have gotten no response so I am leaving this here. I am dissatisfied with the service I received! My car was with round tree for 3 months! I couldn’t get a rental, they said it needed a part and when they installed it never worked, it needed a new transmission but I have to drive the broken car to ford in bossier to fix, they cannot help me. I got it over to bossier in 2hrs it was fixed! Didn’t need a transmission! I was told there’s no transmission specialist at round tree. So why was my car at roundtree for 3 months? Imagine being without your car how much of an inconvenience. Why couldn’t they offer any assistance? Well now I know never to go there! Keep going to ford in bossier. More
2002 F350 was serviced for a damaged ignition switch and punched for lock. I can understand backlog on Parts issues but it was in there about a week and when I picked it up they changed the ignition switch punched for lock. I can understand backlog on Parts issues but it was in there about a week and when I picked it up they changed the ignition switch but the selector switch on the column was showing in Reverse when it was in park. Grease was over the doors, the light cover for the door was stuck in the seat, the hood was left up and I hit the highway at 70 miles an hour and noticed it. They didn't change out the driver and passenger door lock cylinders so it went back to the shop for another 2 weeks. Then I find out a week later that the passenger door lock wasn't changed. I've got a 2022 F350 and no way I'm taking it back to that shop. If you're faithful in the least you'll be faithful in the most. More
