I can't even begin to describe how horrible this service department is. There is zero communication, the only time I hear from them is when I reach out. They have an attitude almost every time I talk to the department is. There is zero communication, the only time I hear from them is when I reach out. They have an attitude almost every time I talk to them. After a little over a month and a half,they replaced my sunshade because it was hanging down. I get the car back and it is pouring water in through the sunroof. The only reason Rountree Ford has a 1.7 Google rating is because someone lied and gave them too high of a score. More

Horrible service and very poor management. They do not respond to phone calls, vehicle in the shop for two weeks and no call, when they finally call was told warranty wouldn’t cover the work, They do not respond to phone calls, vehicle in the shop for two weeks and no call, when they finally call was told warranty wouldn’t cover the work, if wouldn’t cover because service dept. Gave wrong date of warranty and admitted they gave wrong date. Ok accidents happen but make it right. Then waited 2 more days for someone else to call and say they would knock off 300 dollars, unacceptable. Now have asked for someone higher up and told we will give her the message and she will call when she can! Seriously do better, we are still without a car and dealership still isn’t taking responsibility for their mistake. When we called about getting it fixed we were told warranty was still good and we had two months. This is second rear end job on this truck More

They fixed my car in a timely matter. The advisor wasn't good at calling me back though. When you leave a message, the adviser's name is not on the system. It's a random number so I wasn't sure if my advisor got the message. She did get the message because the work was done but i was in limbo for two days. Work was great. I spent over $600.
