Day 1 - arrived and three hours later told that they couldn’t help me . Earl stated the parts weren’t in . He explained that my coupon was valid , after several attempts to create baseless charges ! He told me the $99coupon only covered brakes , I then explained I have another coupon that covers brakes and rotors . We agree for me to return the next day for work to be done . Upon arrival the next day , after wasting my time the previous day , he proceeds to tell me , that the coupon can not be applied , because sometime between this morning and when I arrived , the foreman who wasn’t there yesterday , changed the cost and assessment of my vehicle . He stated the foreman reviewed the mechanic ( who assessed ) my car on yesterday and determined the assessment wasn’t correct today . Hmm , seems really odd after I’ve already agreed upon services and coupon. The point is , they wanted to overcharge me , because I had a coupon , so he changed what needed to be done . I refuse to visit Rountree Ford again ! They lack integrity , honesty , loyalty and respect to their customers. One more thing I don’t remember his name , I’ll describe him (extremely tall , skinny and white and linky ) white male proceeded to yell and told me to leave , “ we don’t need your business “! What he did was offensive , aggressive and disrespectful and tasteless , especially to a black woman ! They are money hungry and make up expenses to cover additional monies !!!! I also filed a complaint with corporate . I filed a complaint two years ago , for technician stating my oil is changed , only to find out it hadn’t been changed ! I will not purchase another Ford ! I refuse to visit Rountree Ford More
The service advisor, Earl was professional and very helpful. He correctly identified all the issues and got them fixed in a timely manner. I already sent the general manager an email. I have gotten no response so I am leaving this here. I am dissatisfied with the service I received! My car was with round tree for 3 months! I couldn’t get a rental, they said it needed a part and when they installed it never worked, it needed a new transmission but I have to drive the broken car to ford in bossier to fix, they cannot help me. I got it over to bossier in 2hrs it was fixed! Didn’t need a transmission! I was told there’s no transmission specialist at round tree. So why was my car at roundtree for 3 months? Imagine being without your car how much of an inconvenience. Why couldn’t they offer any assistance? Well now I know never to go there! Keep going to ford in bossier. More
2002 F350 was serviced for a damaged ignition switch and punched for lock. I can understand backlog on Parts issues but it was in there about a week and when I picked it up they changed the ignition switch punched for lock. I can understand backlog on Parts issues but it was in there about a week and when I picked it up they changed the ignition switch but the selector switch on the column was showing in Reverse when it was in park. Grease was over the doors, the light cover for the door was stuck in the seat, the hood was left up and I hit the highway at 70 miles an hour and noticed it. They didn't change out the driver and passenger door lock cylinders so it went back to the shop for another 2 weeks. Then I find out a week later that the passenger door lock wasn't changed. I've got a 2022 F350 and no way I'm taking it back to that shop. If you're faithful in the least you'll be faithful in the most. More

Beyond terrible I do not recommend no one to go here… unless you just wnt something you’ll fix on often… we need not knowing too much about my vehicle..not to mention never have time always working,but w unless you just wnt something you’ll fix on often… we need not knowing too much about my vehicle..not to mention never have time always working,but what’s the reason for me to pay for the vehicle every month also have a warranty but can’t seem to get it fixed.. i recently had my vehicle towed for the same issue I had 2 months after getting the vehicle,so the time they told me i needed to use my warranty.. long story short when I my vehicle made it to Honda care services my appointment was 1pm kid you not my car was there for 1 1/2 Before reached out to me to tell me that they couldn’t find my keys ALSO that the dummies pushed my car inside the work place without the key (they say) finally after we was about to end the call he wanted to tell me that they messed my hood up.. also the don’t have any rentals available.. he said I should trade it in…after he xxxxed my car up worse lol 🤦🏾♂️ only here in Shreveport More
Service department is absolutely terrible. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for service on my truck. Advisor told me to bring in Monday at 7AM. I explained I had to have the truck back for a Saturday to make an appointment for service on my truck. Advisor told me to bring in Monday at 7AM. I explained I had to have the truck back for a trip by Thursday. Advisor said no problem- if they didn't have parts needed, they could get them same day or next day. I had half of the parts that I dropped off with the vehicle. A different advisor texted Monday AM, said to text with "anything I may need" while they had the truck. She called around noon with estimate. I gave the go-ahead by leaving two voice mails which were never returned, and a text which was never acknowledged. I called back Tuesday AM to make sure she got the message- she said she did and parts were on the way. I again explained I had to have the truck back Friday morning AT THE LATEST. She said parts would be there Wednesday and truck would be done Wednesday or Thursday. No communication from her on Wednesday, so I texted Thursday with no response. Then I called and got her voice mail again. So I called the main number and spoke to another advisor who said he had to "ask some questions" and would get back to me. I then finally got a call back from original advisor, dancing around question of why the truck was not ready. She then said the parts weren't there yet, but would be there "at 5AM" Friday morning and my truck would be the first job for the tech when he arrived at 7:30AM. I asked for a call to update at 9AM. No call. Tried to call the personal cell phone number she gave on Thursday that "goes straight to her"- went straight to voice mail which was full. Called main number again, got yet another advisor, she said she would find out status and get back with me. Original advisor called back, parts not there, now suddenly they're on FedEx and won't deliver until later on Friday. So, clearly they don't manage their advisors, nor their parts deliveries. This particular advisor blatantly lied about the status of the parts and her ability to have truck ready on time. She wouldn't call back to update me until I had to get other advisors involved. That's ridiculous. More
I took my car to the body shop to get fixed they weren’t very precessional and it took over a week longer than they said it would be... & they gave it back to me not even fixed! Also when they were supposed to turn it into insurance, they kept delaying, so I would continue to call up there but they would never answer... & I left several voice mails— but apparently they don’t know how to use a phone. Finally we had to take my car to another Ford dealership to get fixed & they did it perfectly without issues... Roundtree Ford was literally the worst! More
