My Wife took her Explorer to ROUNTREE FORD for warranty repairs & the next day the battery was dead. I’ve got 14 batteries on 4 wheelers, Boat, Mule, John Deere & ExMark, Harley etc., I’m always monitoring the water levels on all of them with capped wet cells. I have 8 batteries out of the 14 that are maintenance free sealed batteries, my truck, her Explorer & one 4 wheeler, John Deere, Tractor, Harley & one Exmark. The next day after her service at ROUNTREE FORD her Explorer would not start. When I opened the hood I saw a capped wet cell battery where her maintenance free battery once set. I have 4 battery maintainers I alternate between all of my batteries therefore I am very familiar with every battery each of my machines has. ROUNTREE has denied any wrongdoing but I know thievery had occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. The way this was handled by this company they will never get one red cent from me.

Parts were left off both times it was brought in for the same correction. I doubt I will be bringing my truck to your service department. Horrible experience and I’m an easy going guy. I picked it up the first time and it was missing the oil splash guard that is underneath the oil pan. That was a blessing in disguise as I was able to see leaking oil within an hour of picking up my truck. Also the 4 bolts were loose and one was about to fall out according to my mechanic. Now after receiving my truck the second time it was in your service department my truck is missing the splash aprons underneath the wheel wells. Why would I bring my truck back to Roundtree. Like I said in original review there was a Lot of lip service by your service guy. Said he would make it right and put gas in my truck when it was delivered and fixed. The truck had 12 miles until it was empty when y’all dropped it off at my house. I have to ask what is going on in your service department? Certainly no quality control or quality work.
