Oh where do I start? So Madison was the one helping me in the service department. She’s sweet and very nice! My vehicle was in the shop for almost 6 weeks. I was informed multiple times that my 3rd party warranty was giving me a hassle. It turns out, not all the correct info was given to them and we weren’t being told the truth. My parents got involved because they were the ones paying for it. It took them days to get information. We were first told a certain price that round tree and my 3rd party warranty had agreed on and then a few days later I’m being told that my warranty had decided not to cover that much and we’d have to pay about $400+ what we were told. Turns out that they were not given the correct info. On the last day that the dealership had my vehicle, I had given them paperwork, that I had signed, to give to my 3rd party warranty. I was waiting for my warranty to pay their end but when they were called and questioned why they hadn’t paid it, I was told that the paperwork sent to them was not signed. I had to send them a copy of the signed paperwork because the dealership failed to send them the signed copies. Even at the end, I had to pay $100 more than what I was told. More
