At the time of my service was supposed to be performed, they were backed up. The manager finally got it done for me after being promised something the advisor didn't keep.I bought my part prior to getting they were backed up. The manager finally got it done for me after being promised something the advisor didn't keep.I bought my part prior to getting the service done and left my vehicle with the advisor. His reason was they didn't do it because they couldn't find the part which was sitting in the seat of the vehicle at drop off. I wasn't even contacted to acknowledge where the part was so they can get it done. I was without my vehicle when it was promised to me at the end of the day. Tyler Ortego got the job done when I addressed him with the issue. He was great. Five stars for Tyler Ortego💙💙 More
