Rountree Ford - Service Center

My drive shaft cable broke so I had my truck towed to Rountree since it was covered under recall. While it was there they also completed the recall on all 4 doorhandles and changed my oil with my free co Rountree since it was covered under recall. While it was there they also completed the recall on all 4 doorhandles and changed my oil with my free coupon they sent me in the mail. I got a call saying my battery was bad so I allowed them to swap it out. I had a $50 off coupon for that as well. I don't have anything really negative to say about my service advisor Jasmine but I did note that her personality was super dry. An energetic professional attitude goes a long way and that was lacking. Overall, job got completed in a timely fashion so there's no reason to give a rating lesser than 5 stars. My A/C quit blowing cold the day after work was completed. I thought that was very off but there's no way to prove is related to the work done so there's that. More
