Professionalism in used car sales, who knew? I was looking for a ford explorer and cruised through the Rountree preowned section. Spotted two possibilities. My salesman was Lane. He was courteous I was looking for a ford explorer and cruised through the Rountree preowned section. Spotted two possibilities. My salesman was Lane. He was courteous, informative and eager to answer all of my questions. If he did not know the answer, he found it. His supervisor had years of experience in the car business and it showed in a genuine, positive way. I rarely find a sales team as willing to help the customer as I did at Rountree preowned. Lane went above and beyond to get my business and was willing to negotiate the price of the car that I wanted the most. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, and to Lane, if you are interested in "no pressure," professional helpfulness in meeting your used car needs. I bought the Explorer at a fair price and would take my business, for future car purchases, to this dealership, and this salesperson first. Ask for Lane. More

This is a dealership that will try to gouge you at every turn. Rip off artists. Wanted $200/month more on a lease than another local dealer. And that was with a trade-in that netted $19k.
