I have to say this is the most unprofessional car dealership in Shreveport. My husband bought a truck from them and returned it the next day because it made a loud noise. The service department said there was nothing wrong with it. The truck has not been operational for over a month. They have had our truck for 3 weeks and the first payment is due. They have failed to correct the problem and not give us our money back or to get us another truck. Keep in mind the truck belonged to The General Managers Brother we were told and that it was in great shape. We called on numerous occasions and been getting the same lies or no answers at all. Corporate needs to know how they Shreveport dealership treat their customers. I wouldn’t buy a tricycle from this place. Kelly the GM does not returns phone calls. I have left 5 messages and no calls. They want even give loaner cars. Kent walked away from talking with us. I’m trying to keep it professional, but the devil is going to come out of me. The news would love to hear this story. I wish I could rate it a 0. More

The service department estimated $950 to replace brake booster on my 2013 Ford Edge. I got an email asking me to authorize the repair. 20 minutes after I gave the go-ahead, they called to say it was done. booster on my 2013 Ford Edge. The brakes dangerously seized up on my way home to the point that I couldn’t move the car. It had to be towed back to the dealership. The service manager told me that a sensor needed to be adjusted and something else tightened down. For the 3 hours labor that was done in 20 minutes I was given a car that was dangerous to drive. They did fix it and actually test drove it this time before calling me to come get it. I will never go back to that dealership for anything. Unfortunately this is my 3rd bad experience with this place. I should have learned from my previous experiences. More

The dealership reps disappear on you immediately after the sale. I made a deal with Darrell English and specified that the down payment check be cashed a week later. Somehow that detail wasn't conveyed to the manager, Christopher Magill. Mr. Magill made a mistake of cashing my down payment check too early, causing an overdraft fee on my account. When I confronted them about the mistake, they ignored my voicemails, emails, and texts. When they finally replied, Mr. Magill sarcastically apologized that the fee has "put me in a bind," as if I shouldn't even be asking for an reimbursement. It's now almost 2 weeks after the sale. I still have not received the reimbursement. They also have not sent me a copy of the sales agreement as promised. There's also no communication about how to set up payment for the financed vehicle. The vehicle price was the best I could find, but the headaches that comes with it probably isn't with it. More

He listened to our concerns about my 2015 Mustang and took it from there. We initially went searching for a part, but my husband asked to speak with the service manager. Pat had us bring the vehicle in and it was diagnosed within a day or so. Once diagnosed it was explained what was going on with my vehicle. The repair took a few days, due to waiting on parts. But we were provided a rental in the meantime. I will CONTINUE to go to Rountree for my Mustang service!!! Great customer service and TERRIFIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! THANKS AGAIN!!! More

Service department I had an appointment at 7 am on 4/3/2019 for 2 recall issuses. i arrived before the doors were open & was the first customer they waited on. They said I had an appointment at 7 am on 4/3/2019 for 2 recall issuses. i arrived before the doors were open & was the first customer they waited on. They said it would be be 3 to 4 hours to fix the issue. I didn"t mind waiting. After 3 hours I walked to the back and and saw my truck sitting outside. thinking it was ready i went to talk to service advisor and found out they have not even looked at my truck after being there for 3 hours, with a 7am appointment. Why have an appointment and be the first customer of the day and after 3 hours they haven"t even looked at it? i was told over the phone and when i arrived it was probably a 3 to 4 hour job. making an appointment should stop if there not going to look at your vehicle. CORPORATE should know about this!! This is not the way to run a business and treat loyal customers!! This has nothing to do with the sales people at Rountree Ford. Sam is the salesman i have used for several years and he is great. More

Airbag recall nightmare Because of the deadly Takata airbag recall and the class action suit, I was instructed to turn in my MKZ to Roundtree to be eligible for a loaner. My Because of the deadly Takata airbag recall and the class action suit, I was instructed to turn in my MKZ to Roundtree to be eligible for a loaner. My car was parked on an open lot from April through December, 2018. With the intense heat last summer, the leather dried out. The battery would not hold a charge, and two speakers split. I am out $100 for a detail, $80+ for a battery, and over $500 for speakers. They will not cover it. The bad thing is that I could have picked my car up months earlier, because the policy changed. No one contacted me. I am disappointed, because I have experienced great service before this. This was Rountree’s response to my request to have the stereo speakers, which cracked over the summer while my car was in their care for eight months, fixed. Never mind the battery that had to be replaced or the condition of the leather seats😂 We're sorry that after further attempts to resolve your concerns that we were unable to meet your expectations.
