BEWARE OF DEALERSHIP BRONCO ORDERERS :ABOLISH THE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE “Bronco specialist” Janet; Employee Garland, and Chris SOLD my BRONCO that we waited over a year to come in to the highest b DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE “Bronco specialist” Janet; Employee Garland, and Chris SOLD my BRONCO that we waited over a year to come in to the highest bidder. Instead of allowing us the ample enough time and the opportunity to get PRE-APPROVED for the BRONCO; which we were so excited about; they opt to sell it for $15,000 over the asking price to some unknown person. This was done while we were in the process of getting it pre-approved. We never got a chance to see or test drive my BRONCO. We never told them we did not want the BRONCO. We were told my BRONCO would arrive in 48 hours so we begin the pre approval process. We were told by Janet that she would call us the next morning after she got word from the financing bank. Well when she called she advised us that they SOLD the BRONCO; that we PREORDERED in June of last 2021. We waited patiently during the entire process from the hard top kinks, during the numerous calls from the “BRONCE SPECIALIST” in attempt to get us to modify our order, but we were still patient and advise her that we would wait in order to have the BRONCO built exactly how we originally order it. We were patient from June 2021 until September 2022 when the BRONCE was suppose to arrive at the STEALERSHIP. WE WERE PATIENT WITH THE FORD COMPANY 1 YEAR AND 3 MONTHS BUT ROUNTREE FORD SHREVEPORT COULD NOT BE PATIENT FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS FOR US. It would be nice if we are able to get expedited on our next BRONCO order once the order banks open again. I would have another BRONCO made exactly how we ordered the 1st one: 2021/2022 Ford Bronco with 2021 price; 4 door Oxford white Outer banks Bronco with a 2.7L engine, 10-speed automatic, 18” black machined blacked high gloss-painted aluminum wheel, roast/black cloth seats, with the mid package, and towing capability. More

Truck was eventually fixed after 2 weeks of being at their dealership shop I was given a lot of lip service as far as taking care of me I.e gas, truck will be cleaned up Etc…. When truck was returned it was left with 12 miles of gas until empty again after I was told it would be filled up. Missing splash guard to oil pan was a blessing in disguise or I wouldn’t it have seen oil leaking. Possibly would have smelled it it however. None the less 4 bolts were. It tightens to the oil pan either. My mechanic tightened the oil pan to prevent further leaking. It still leaked due to intial problem not being fixed Hopefully the truck is fixed and I do not have to deal with Roundtree again. More

Jordan Lewis has been exceptionally professional and trustworthy , he’s the only reason I talk my warrantees truck to them. Is his boss, wish it was the other way around . The business has to make money to survive, but based on my personal knowledge having bot a vehicle there never again & absolutely not from Wray ford in bossier city LA! So few good people means do t buy here. The complaints are not monitored, despite what you see in the responses, nor does corporate of dealership , nor ford motor company. Texas has cheaper vehicles and better mgt, yes I know that’s 100 miles from here, but to save thousands of $$$$ get off you duff. Sad but you must complain everywhere you can en mass to get true change. Jordan Lewis and a few other employees truly care about Their personal reputation and the dealerships. But the Gen Mgr is only interested sales ( they literally shift the vehicles in the parking lots several times a day to look like increased / new inventory of new and used vehicles seen it happened and asked why ( you don’t want a tire to set months in that one spot as it damage the tires with that “flat spot” and the engines must be run for at least short time frame to lubricant it and mice love to nest in cars eating the wiring- that’s why there a concrete parking lot- not for just appearances. Yes it hard work running any business, but with little integrity, honesty , your money is best spent somewhere else. Dicker the heck out of them @ beginning or end of the months , those sales quotas are very real, salesmen pay their bills of those bonus’s, but the finance Mgr and the Gen Mgr dictate, how the sales con based on total various dept incomes. Don’t sell them your used vehicle, sell it yourself and make more. Tried to tell a RN coworker, nope. She was very angry see them selling vehicle for $2,000 more than they paid her and that’s their gross profit. Your outgunned 99% of the time buying yourself, a vehicle broker can save you money , as their volume based. Or certified used cars from rental companies. Even the warranty length of time IS Negotiable by years, just always have a witness, record it, and get everything in written form on their letterhead with correct information. You just can’t win buying a new or used vehicle from them, their masters of deceitfulness, so very sad to say. Nuff said More
The most horrible experience I've ever had resulted in a decision to buy elsewhere. 2K payment to reserve vehicle that was delayed by approx 6 weeks. Promised 0% by sales associate in March, but Roundtree Ford (RF) failed to provide final docs for review despite repeated requests. The day before traveling in from out-of-state to complete the sale, RF advised that 0% was unavailable. This was conveyed by a rude sales manager with whom I had not spoken previously. He was so disrespectful and condescending that I ended the call. He threatened the sale the vehicle and tried to bully me into proceeding after having refused to make any attempts to honor the promise that was provided to me in writing. It was despicable behavior. Absolutely deplorable. Later I learned that no credit inquiry had been made prior to the promise by my associate. The dealer also took from 05-06-2022 to 06-23-2022 to return my 2K. I thought that doing business the right way and making a substantial down payment—much more than the 2K holding fee—merits preferred treatment, but I would have settled for normal treatment from professionals who care about their customers. Day 1 - arrived and three hours later told that they couldn’t help me . Earl stated the parts weren’t in . He explained that my coupon was valid , after several attempts to create baseless charges ! He told me the $99coupon only covered brakes , I then explained I have another coupon that covers brakes and rotors . We agree for me to return the next day for work to be done . Upon arrival the next day , after wasting my time the previous day , he proceeds to tell me , that the coupon can not be applied , because sometime between this morning and when I arrived , the foreman who wasn’t there yesterday , changed the cost and assessment of my vehicle . He stated the foreman reviewed the mechanic ( who assessed ) my car on yesterday and determined the assessment wasn’t correct today . Hmm , seems really odd after I’ve already agreed upon services and coupon. The point is , they wanted to overcharge me , because I had a coupon , so he changed what needed to be done . I refuse to visit Rountree Ford again ! They lack integrity , honesty , loyalty and respect to their customers. One more thing I don’t remember his name , I’ll describe him (extremely tall , skinny and white and linky ) white male proceeded to yell and told me to leave , “ we don’t need your business “! What he did was offensive , aggressive and disrespectful and tasteless , especially to a black woman ! They are money hungry and make up expenses to cover additional monies !!!! I also filed a complaint with corporate . I filed a complaint two years ago , for technician stating my oil is changed , only to find out it hadn’t been changed ! I will not purchase another Ford ! I refuse to visit Rountree Ford More
The service advisor, Earl was professional and very helpful. He correctly identified all the issues and got them fixed in a timely manner. He saved $7000 of his OWN money to put towards his own truck. We went to Roundtree Ford and bought the truck of his dreams after researching and shopping around for over a year. We left that dealership with the vehicle on March 31. By that Monday we had it back in the shop for a back up camera that was not working. The truck stayed in the shop for over a week before we got it back only for the cameras still not to work. Then we developed a significant shaking with the truck in a parked position during idle. We took the truck back over for another week for repair of not only the back up camera but now we needed shocks replaced leaving the service shop with another $782 spent. Well low and behold the truck still vibrates in an idol position so we decided to take it to our regular garage at Broadmoor garage and just received a call that now we need to replace the turbo chargers with parts alone costing $2000. I called over to the dealership to speak with the general manager, Kelly who was NOT very concerned about our dilemma not that I expected them to pay for it but it is the integrity that kills me. He had the nerve to tell me “well it sounds like his parents are having regrets about the purchase they made.” This mama was LIGHT UP! Y’all THIS IS WHY I DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE. This isn’t a truck for my husband this is a truck for MY BABY BOY. His dreams have been crushed, his hard work has been thwarted. He has learned really quickly that a CAR SALESMAN and it’s WORKERS AND LEADERS ARE LIARS. Save yourselves from this dealership and it’s service department! They are not worth your risk! I am so very disappointed in these people. I hope they sleep well at night bc one day the will have to give an account of their actions. More
