I use my truck for work and called to see if they could get me taken care of today. The service shop gave me an appointment time and I got there early so they put my truck straight into the shop and in a c get me taken care of today. No techs on Saturdays. Was told I would have to drop truck off for two or more days for a tech to look at a piece of window trim that needs to be replaced. Service advisor Was told I would have to drop truck off for two or more days for a tech to look at a piece of window trim that needs to be replaced. Service advisor told me they couldn’t check my cabin air filter unless I was at 20,000 miles or I paid for a new one regardless if my current one was good or not. I asked to be told my tread depth on my tires so I could decide on a tire rotation. I was not told my actual tread depth. My truck was just brought around and was told I’m good. That’s not what I asked. The notes from the lube tech stated he checked my cabin air filter. But when I brought this up to the service advisor, she insisted that they did not check it. Even though it says from the tech that he did. I tried telling her what the techs notes said, but she just kept saying no they didn’t look at it and wouldn’t look at it. Also my service hasn’t been updated on my FordPass App. Getting my truck serviced by Ford makes me never want to own another Ford. I expect better service for the price I paid for a new truck. More
