Horrible experience. My truck had 35,700 miles and they found a problem that was under warranty. But they couldn’t fix it because they had to order parts. They said if I came back and it was over 36,000 miles, I was out of luck and they wouldn’t fix it under warranty. I called four other dealerships and they all said the service manager (Tyler) was not telling the truth. I was going to rent a car (at my expense) because the dealership said they had no cars for me to use for a day. After I walked to rental car place, they were out of cars and I had to walk back and I go my truck without the warranty work done More

I came in panicked since my girlfriend's car was having transmission issues. James in the service department assisted us and was a great calming influence. He walked us through all scenarios he reasonably transmission issues. James in the service department assisted us and was a great calming influence. He walked us through all scenarios he reasonably could and gave us honest, fair information. We expected a bit of a wait as there were a lot of cars in with transmission issues, but the service department was able to get to work on the car way quicker than expected (the very next day) and identified the issue (and other issues) lightning fast. The car is driving great and James' communication throughout the entire process was spot on. More
