I was very pleased with the tech that came out to my location to address the recalls for my vehicle. It was very convenient to have them come to me. He also was able to do an oil/filter change and rotat location to address the recalls for my vehicle. It was very convenient to have them come to me. My drive shaft cable broke so I had my truck towed to Rountree since it was covered under recall. While it was there they also completed the recall on all 4 doorhandles and changed my oil with my free co Rountree since it was covered under recall. While it was there they also completed the recall on all 4 doorhandles and changed my oil with my free coupon they sent me in the mail. I got a call saying my battery was bad so I allowed them to swap it out. I had a $50 off coupon for that as well. I don't have anything really negative to say about my service advisor Jasmine but I did note that her personality was super dry. An energetic professional attitude goes a long way and that was lacking. Overall, job got completed in a timely fashion so there's no reason to give a rating lesser than 5 stars. My A/C quit blowing cold the day after work was completed. I thought that was very off but there's no way to prove is related to the work done so there's that. More
