They do not know the meaning of an appointment . I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation several days in advance. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time that I have a e I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation several days in advance. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time that I have a email that it was verified by the dealership they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. So appointments done mean anything to the dealership. I told James I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. He asked if I had a coupon and I said yes. He said it did not cover the tire rotation. I said that was fine I still want the tires rotated. After a 2 hour wait James came a for me and told me they were finished with my truck. I paid and went to leave and noticed my tires had not be rotated. I went back inside and asked James and he said the coupon did not cover tire rotation. I told him in the beginning I wanted it anyway and I would pay for it. Evidently he has a short memory. I did by this truck from this dealership and I have no made my mind up it if will ever go back to it for any service or sales. More
