Sam even remained available to my husband via text for several weeks after his new Big Bend was ordered, and he also met me at the service department for my Bronco Sport's first oil change to help me remove the cargo basket from the back of my car. These are the first Ford vehicles we have ever owned, and I cannot stop raving about how comfortable the seats are. We take long road trips pretty frequently, and I always used to bring along some kind of extra lumbar support or deal with the back pain, thinking it was just a function of age. Now I can drive for hours in my Bronco Sport pain-free. I am officially a Ford fan for life! More
